Deadline application for 2010-2012

Deadline to apply to DMKM Erasmus Mundus scholarship for both EU students and scholars is: April, 15th, 2010; 12:00 GMT.

We remind you that all students, wherever they come from, wishing to attend the Erasmus Mundus Master Courses in Data Mining and knowledge Management with their own financing can apply until: June, 20th, 2010; 12:00 GMT.

Eligibility for Scholarship

The purpose of this message is to clarify the situation of applicant students from Switzerland, Turkey and the Western Balkans region (i.e. Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo under UNSC Resolution 1244/99, FYRoM, Montenegro and Serbia).

As, by October 2009, none of these countries has signed an agreement for its participation in the Erasmus Mundus Programme, they have to be considered as Third-countries.

Thus, students from these countries, who are not resident nor have carried out their main activity (studies, training or work) in EU member state, EFTA and EEA state for more than a total of 12 months over the last five years will be eligible for a Category A student scholarship. If this is not the case, they are eligible for a Category B student scholarship.
