Diploma awarded

When they pass their exams, the students are awarded by the master degrees of two universities they visit during their master. Since, they have to stay at least in two countries; the students will obtain two master degrees (or diploma equivalent to master degrees) from two European universities, in two different countries. Those diplomas are all fully accredited and recognized by national instances (see the documents jointed with the proposal).

In addition to those national diplomas, we attempt to deliver a joint degree. However, due to the difference of legislation in the different countries, it is not yet possible to solve all the administrative problems that make us able to deliver a joint degree in Data Mining and Knowledge Management. However, we tend to this solution. More precisely, we are waiting for an agreement between the different countries participating to our Erasmus Mundus master, i.e. France, Italy, Romania and Spain. As soon as it will be accepted by all the countries participation to our Erasmus Mundus, we shall deliver the joint degree to all our students.

Lastly, if our project is accepted, we plan to apply for the next ECTS/DS label process. As is described in the next sections, we adopt the ECTS mechanisms (see section A.2.3) and we shall deliver a Diploma Supplement to each student which will describes the student abilities and the acquired knowledge’s.
